About Pete

Pete Holoway, a Lansing, Michigan native, has been a dedicated real estate agent since 1986. In 2013, he served as President of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors and was voted Realtor of the Year. Recognized for his political involvement, he received the Realtor Active in Politics Award in 2017.

A graduate of the Michigan Realtors Leadership Academy, Pete's commitment to education is evident. In addition to his real estate career, he has been a barber since 1978 and expanded his business portfolio by acquiring Studio One Hair Designers.

Family- oriented, Pete is a proud parent of three children and four grand-dogs. In April 2023, he launched the Holoway Homes Real Estate team at Coldwell Banker Realty, showcasing his ongoing dedication to the industry and commitment to providing exceptional service.
